This research on the Evaluation of Distance Training for Guidance and Covid-19 Teachers focuses on training participants. The evaluation of distance training uses context, input, process and product (CIPP) theory. The research aims to see the effectiveness of distance training for guidance and counseling teachers.
This study uses a survey with a quantitative quantitative approach. The population and study participants were participants of the East Java Madrasah Aliyah guidance and counseling distance training which was held from June to July 2020, totaling 30 participants. The research instrument used a questionnaire uploaded on the google form.
This study found that distance training and counseling performed well in the moderate category. Judging from the context and input of participants, it shows a moderate category, thus improving the facilities and infrastructure and the ability of participants in the training. Process components and research products have shown the moderate category leads to high, this shows evidence of the effectiveness of distance training.
