Abstract

Law develops in line with the development of society. A rule of law
may be established before an event occurs, or vice versa. In the
context of social life -in a broader scope includes the life of the
nation and the state- law and its changes are born from certain
procedures that are based on an event. The law binds each member
and becomes a common reference of building life. Initially the realm
of private life almost covers all aspects and has a clear limit. For
example is the pattern of life of the empire / kingdom that tends to
be very exclusive strongly supports the pattern of life that is
individualistic. This study aims to examine the pattern of changes
in jurisdiction. In line with the purpose of research, research method
using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The type of
research is the library research the source data is library materials
that are analyzed by content analysis (content analysis). The results
of this study indicate that in the development of the private life
domain becomes increasingly narrow due to the increasingly
complex social interaction. The area of private life becomes
increasingly narrow, while the public realm becomes wider.
